Aromatherapy
The treatment involves the use of essential oils and massage. Essential oils have healing properties which are natural and have no harmful side effects if used by a qualified aromatherapist. The oils are blended to the clients individual needs and can aid most complaints.

Indian Head
A combination of massage movements are used on the upper arms and back, neck, head and face to relieve stress and tension. It also stimulates circulation, improves the hair condition and increases mental alertness. It relievs stress, fatigue, headaches and can leave the receiver feeling relaxed and rejuvinated.

Reiki
Reiki is a natural healing energy. This energy is passed via the therapists hands, which are either placed on or above the clients body. It is a safe, gentle treatment, which can help with both physical and emotional pain. It can help the body begin the process to heal itself, to restore balance and wellbeing. A perfect treatment for those who feel uneasy about having a massage or who may want to 'recharge'!

Reflexology
The feet mirror the body's various organs, nerves, and glands which in turn reflect your health. By massaging these areas health effects are noted, although this may take a few treatments. Reflexology aids health by reducing stress and tension. strengthens the body's ability to resist disease and flushes out toxins.

Hopi Ear Candles
A Hopi ear candle is a cotton tube which impregnated with bees wax and sometimes essential oils, The candle is gently inserted into the outer ear and from this position it can stimulate the ear, nose, and the throat thus helping to reducing congestion. It is an ideal treatment for anyone suffering from hayfever and for those who suffer from ear problems after flying.

Deep Tissue massage
Strong massage movements help to speed up the bodys functions, help remove waste toxins from the body's tissues, improve skin texture, aid circulation and boost the immune system. Lighter movements help to soothe and relax the mind and body. Other benefits include relaxation, reduction of stress, relieve muscle tension and detox the body of waste products.

Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet that involves stretching and massage to “open” Sen (energy) Lines and stimulation of the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body. Thai Foot Massage stimulates these points to promote general health and well-being.

Oriental Natural Face Lift
This is used to improve blood circulation, remove toxins and wrinkles from the face and improve your complexion and health.
The treatment uses techniques that have been taken from Natural Facelift Rejuvenation Massage, Indian, Japanese and Tibetan face massage routine. The combination of theses massage techniques work on the facial muscles, ease tension, smooth away lines and increase elasticity. Other aims of this treatment are to release toxins and aid the connective tissue to regain its elasticity which results in the visible rejuvenation of the skin. The massage is very relaxing and aids the reduction of stress.

Oriental Hand and Arm Massage
Oriental Hand Massage involves the massage of the hand, arms & shoulders. It is a combination of Eastern Hand Massage techniques, reflexology & accupressure.
Hands contain thousands of sensory nerve endings and makes them one of the most sensitive areas of the body. The Chinese developed the technique of accupressure thousands of years ago. This provides the basis for reflex zones and the relative points and connections between different parts of the body.
